Take control of your mind, emotions, and actions. By building your mental fitness, increasing your emotional intelligence (EQ) you can overcome obstacles, achieve your goals, and lead a more balanced and fulfilling life. Embrace the power of Positive Intelligence (PQ) and embark on your journey to self-mastery.
A key to Mental Fitness is to weaken the internal Saboteurs who generate all your “negativity” in the way they respond to challenges. Your Saboteurs cause all your stress, anxiety, self-doubt, frustration, regret, shame, guilt, and unhappiness. Saboteurs include the Judge, Controller, Avoider, Victim, Stickler and 5 others.
Boosting your mental fitness requires building powerful new muscles in your brain, not just obtaining insights. Weekly video sessions, group accountability meetings and an exclusive App will guide you step-by-step over a six-week period (and beyond!) to boost your mental fitness. The experience is often described as "life changing".
Your Inner Leader (“Sage”) lives in an entirely different region of your brain from Saboteurs and handles challenges in ways that produce positive emotions like curiosity, empathy, creativity, calm, and clear-headed laser-focused action. When you are motivated by your positive emotions, you’d perform much better and feel happier.
Please schedule time to discuss your questions if they are not answered here.

Great way to start is to understand what mental fitness is (ability to handle life challenges with positive rather than negative mindset) and take 2 assessment of your mental fitness:
1. PQ score (Positive Intelligence Quotient), a measure of the strength of your positive mental muscles (Sage) versus the negative (Saboteur). To flourish in life, you need a three-to-one ratio between positive and negative emotions, so if you PQ score is below 75%, you will be benefit greatly from this program.
2. Saboteurs Assessment (how you self-sabotage) that ranks 9 saboteurs of how loud their voices are in your head. Your saboteurs can be compared to good friends who give you bad advice. The higher the ranking of saboteurs the more they mess with you. If any of your saboteur's score above 4, you will learn a lot how to stop listening to their lies through this program.
This is the right program for you if you are a) committed to improving your performance and effectiveness dramatically while reducing stress, b) looking for a science-based and trusted system to make it stick, and c) willing to put in the initial effort to rewire years of mental habits that don't serve you.
PQ is a synthesis of recent breakthroughs in neuroscience, cognitive and positive psychology, and performance science. Research included: hundreds of CEOs; sales, operations, and technology teams, Stanford University students, elite athletes, 400,000 participants from 50 countries.
This research was summarized in Shirzad Chamine's book Positive Intelligence, a New York Times bestseller, translated into 20 languages.
The research reveals that:
Within 6-8 weeks of mental fitness training you'd be able to see the results in MRI imaging:
Improvements in these competencies lead to substantial results:
"What is new and life changing is the ‘mind control,’ the ability to ‘let go’ when any negative feelings take over. This program has given me the ability to be in the driver seat of my life."
- Nathalie Brys, General Counsel, Philips
"This workshop changed my life. I’m working half as hard and generating twice the results. It’s amazing what’s possible when you use these powerful tools."
- Brad Fisher, Executive Director, Featherstone Holdings

- Jim Lanzone, Chief Digital Officer, CBS
"Most of the trainings I’ve done fizzle out very quickly. I started this program a year ago and its impact on me keeps growing. It has been life changing on so many levels.

- Bruce Zali, VP of Sales & Marketing, Promise Technology
"This has been the most impactful training I ever experienced. You develop powerful mental muscles to deal with challenges with much less stress and greater clarity, creativity, and resilience. Every sales professional would benefit greatly from this."
- Adam McGraw, Sales VP & GM, American Express
"This has been an extraordinary gift for my team. The concepts are phenomenal -- a true revelation in the way to think and handle work and life’s challenges. Besides the lasting impact on myself, I’ve loved hearing how many people this has touched in my company."
- Jessica Herrin, CEO, Stella & Dot
You'd be committing to watching a 1-hour video once per week and doing a combined total of 15 minutes per day of practice guided by the Positive Intelligence app exclusively designed for this program. This might sound like a lot of time. In fact, cumulatively, it constitutes less than 2% of your awake time for the duration of the program. Please consider that your Saboteurs are costing you far more than 2% of your time, effort, energy, and productivity. Consider how much more than 2% of time and productivity this six-weeks investment will save for years to come.
To maximize your results, you can attend weekly 30-45 min group meeting and read or listen to Positive Intelligence book to deepen your understanding of mental fitness operating system.
You'd never learn to ride a bicycle by reading a book about it. You'll be asked to read the first 8 chapters of the book while participating in the program. The book provides the research foundation and introduces the tools. The video session guides you through experiential exercises that help you personalize the tools to your own personality and needs. And the app coaches you to practice one tool at a time in the context of your own daily work and life challenges.
