What is Positive Intelligence (PQ)?

PQ is a proven mental fitness system that helps athletes identify and weaken their Saboteurs—the inner voices of self-doubt, fear, and perfectionism that undermine performance. At the same time, it strengthens their Sage mindset—the part of you that remains calm, confident, and adaptable under pressure. Just like physical training builds endurance and strength, PQ trains your brain to recover faster from setbacks, stay mentally sharp, and trust yourself fully in competition. 


Instead of trying to "fix" your mindset, Positive Intelligence (PQ)  offer a different approach—one that trains you to shift your relationship with anxiety and self-doubt, allowing you to perform freely without mental resistance.
